Refund Policy

1. Subscription-based service

ZaynBot is provided by Zayn Productions Ltd on a recurring subscription basis. Access begins immediately upon successful payment. Refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. 14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days provided the account has not been used significantly.

3. When refunds don't apply

• The 14-day window has passed
• AI agents have been deployed and used substantially
• A free trial was used prior to the paid subscription
• The refund relates to a renewal where cancellation was not made in advance
• Account has been suspended for breach of Terms

4. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send renewal reminder emails before each billing date. Refunds are not available for renewal charges where cancellation was not made in advance.

5. How to cancel

Cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing hello@zaynbot.com. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 14-day window.

6. Requesting a refund

2. Include your full name, registered email, and subscription date

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Dispute resolution

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
