By accessing or using ZaynBot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zayn Productions Ltd. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice to registered users.
ZaynBot provides AI-powered chat agent and conversational automation software as a service (SaaS) accessible via the internet. ZaynBot is software only and does not provide legal, financial, or regulated professional advice.
Access is provided on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card details. We will provide 30 days' notice of price changes.
You must not: use ZaynBot for unlawful purposes; deploy AI agents to deceive, defraud, or harass end users; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; resell access without written consent; upload malware or harmful code; or use outputs as a substitute for professional regulated advice.
All intellectual property in ZaynBot is owned by or licensed to Zayn Productions Ltd. You retain ownership of your content and are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your subscription.
AI Output Disclaimer: ZaynBot AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. ZaynBot does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulated advice. Zayn Productions Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before acting on them.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You may cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing hello@zaynbot.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
